LEDLamps use voltage difference to drive wicks to work. Generally, according to power allocation, some lamps will have more than a dozen wicks to work at the same time, while others will have dozens of wicks to work at the same time. If there is a problem with wicks, uneven pressurization or a wick's quality is problematic, abnormal heating will occur, which will affect the luminous effect and service life after leaving the factory. It is accurate, intuitive and efficient to detect the wick's heating condition with a thermal imager before leaving the factory, and replace a wick if there is a problem.
